Titletown’s Terrific Not Tuesday But Monday Notes

– As you all should know, a kinda large event, The Super Bowl was last night, and Titletown’s own Green Bay Packers emerged victorious.  Aaron with 2 a’s Rodgers finished with the MVP award and Greg Jennings broke his leg, but still scored 2 touchdowns, leading his team to victory (see below).  Troy Polomalu, one of the most intimidating safeties in the league, couldn’t even handle him, because it’s Greg Jennings.  Why is Green Bay called Titletown?  Well maybe because of their success on the football field, but also because of the numerous awards their cows have won for best cheese.  Also, BJ Raji is now my favorite player in the NFL, and he even taught me how to dougie, although I couldn’t really do it, and I don’t really know why, but maybe #ificouldonlybeblack I could do it.  #Smh  #Greenandyellow…. Sorry FAQ guy but this isn’t trending topics on Twitter. You know what, I think I might just make myself a song titled Black and Baby Blue, just so I can fit in, and it will become a hit once the Panthers get a non-pre-season win.

-Not gonna do any outside notes today, so let’s review that thing that was last night…

National Anthem- Terrible, just terrible… I mean how do you mess up our National Anthem at the Super Bowl?  Can you please tell me? How do you leave out an entire line of the anthem especially if you are a professional singer.

Flyover- Couldn’t really see it figuring it was at an indoor stadium, but Madden 11’s are still better because those are as real as it gets.  Just kidding for those that thought those were really planes coming out of your TV.

Halftime Show- Beats National Anthem for terrible-ness.  Speaking of professional singers, the Black Eyed Peas are no longer professional singers, it is just Fergie screaming at the top of her lungs.  They sounded like dying animals being pierced and aggressively thrown against a barn wall with a catapult.  Ok, sorry about that, that went a little too far, and a little too graphic.

Commercials- Overall decent at best.  No standout commercials like last years Snickers or Dorrito dog commercial.  Too many movie previews, and to many Nebraska Corny commercials or Titletown cheesy-head commercials.  I expected a lot more from Bud, Bud Light, Pepsi, and Coke.  Instead we get boring commercials from Rod Hatfield Chevrolet…

Best Overall Commercial– Eminem Imported From Detroit commercial.  Not a funny commercial, but one of the best commercials I have ever seen.  It was easily the most meaningful commercial of the last couple of years… His Brisk one on the other hand was not that great, and viewers still don’t know what Brisk is, and that it was even a Brisk commercial.

Funniest Commercial– For me it was probably the one with all of the TV characters and their teams.  The only one that was somewhat memorable other than the one above

-Now a few videos for the FAQ guys out there…

– Possibly a Traditional Tuesday Picks tomorrow for the first time in a long long long long long long long,  ok thats enough, time.

Black Eyed Peas too bad to be shown…
